2024.02.08Renewed certification of the international standard for quality management systems “ISO9001:2015”

TRP Japan Co., Ltd., which operates the resort babysitting service "World Kids" specializing in tourists, acquired the international standard ISO9001 for QMS (quality management system) for babysitter dispatch business in 2021.

We are the third babysitting company in Japan and the only one in Okinawa Prefecture.

In December 2023, we underwent a renewal audit to confirm operation for three years, and were able to renew without any issues.

By utilizing this management system, we will continue to raise awareness of internal quality, pursue customer satisfaction, and strive to develop and improve valuable services through legal compliance and continuous improvement, so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind. We will continue to strive to further strengthen our services.
