Payment
You can pay by wire transfer or credit card in advance.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel from XNUMX hours before use, the sitter's transportation fee will be added to this calculation.
If you cancel your reservation due to typhoons, bad weather, etc., you will be charged a cancellation fee.However, this does not apply if the schedule is changed.
If your child has any of the following symptoms on the day of the reservation, we will not be able to accept your childcare request as a measure against infectious diseases and will be subject to cancellation.
